To all my coaches, service providers & course creators...

...who are love everything about running your purpose-driven business that's improving the lives of your clients & customers...

...but want to bang your head against your keyboard every single time you log onto to your ConvertKit account...

I've got something to ask:

What’s the difference between having an email system that automatically sends out a series of thoughtfully-curated emails that help you to build and nurture relationships with your people from the moment they hit the subscribe button…

…and an email system that sends one dinky automated email asking new subscribers to “confirm your subscription” and then they get the cold shoulder from you because you simply don’t have the time or energy to figure out how to sort through all the tech.

…or worse, after working into the wee hours of the night setting up your first funnel, you realize a week later that the 27 people who signed up for your freebie never actually received it, and now you’re going to have to sacrifice another night of sleep figuring out why it’s not working?

If you guessed...

➡️ Having an advanced degree in coding…you’d be wrong

➡️ Investing thousands of dollars in a high-end system…getting colder

➡️ Having a partner who works in the tech industry…that’s not it either, my friend.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret...

Your  supposed lack in tech-literacy is not what’s actually stopping you from getting your email funnels FINALLY set up.

Here's what you need to know about automating your email marketing in 2021 even if you're tech-phobic...

You don’t need to be a programmeror closely connected to someone who isto get your email marketing automated. There are some really great email service providers that are designed for entrepreneurs who aren’t remotely “techie”.

And if you’re thinking, “Gross, email automation sounds so salesy and impersonal. And won’t I turn people off if they start getting a bunch of emails from me?

Having automated emails, when set up well, can actually help you to personalize your connection with your subscribers by enabling you to send the right emails to the right people at the right time…without being in your email 24/7.

It’s what I call the R.I.G.H.T. Method, and it’s the framework I use with all of my clients.

Image with three overlapping circles that have the words "right emails" with an email icon, "right people" with a person icon, and "right time" with a clock icon. Where they overlap it says "automation magic." Next to it the acronym RIGHT is spelled out to say Red Carpet Rollout, Integrate, Group, Heart-Centered Welcome, Test and Tweak

The truth is you don’t need to be a tech-pro to understand how to use your email system. You just need to get a few pieces of technology set up so that you can feel empowered to use is it instead of avoiding it like the coronavirus.

(Too soon?)

This is why you still haven't gotten around to setting up your email system...

✔️ You don’t want to change something that’s mostly working fine

Listen, I know there’s a pretty good email service provider that’s very popular since it costs zero dollars when you first start out. I’ve used this tool by myself. But you’ve hit a point where you’ve outgrown it, and sticking with this “free” tool is actually costing you time (and ultimately money). At the same time, you’re so familiar with it and honestly, you’d probably rather get a cavity filled than have to deal with learning a new one.

✔️ There are too many choices

There doesn’t seem to be a consensus in business Facebook groups about which email service provider to use. ConvertKit? MailerLite? MailChimp? Constant Contact? What’s even the difference between them all?

So you go down a rabbit hole of reading blog posts and looking at comparison charts, agonizing over which is the “right” email service provider to use. In the end, sticking with what you’ve got right now seems easier than making the wrong choice.

✔️ Figuring out the tech is time-consuming

If you finally do end up choosing a platform from the 53 choices out there, figuring out the lingo makes you want to bang your head against your laptop. Tags vs segments. Workflows and sequences. Trigger links. What the heck do these words even mean? You have actual work to do, and that does not include trying to decipher this strange code before you even start using it to set up a funnel.

Thankfully, I've got something that's gonna make you do a little happy dance.

Your fear of tech is no longer going to stand in the way of you FINALLY setting up those email funnels all the cool kids are talking about.

You’ve made it to this point so you know that having an email service provider set up and ready to use is getting in the way of creating a business you’ve mapped out on your vision board.

A business that allows you to…

🎁 Focus your energy on your zone of genius, build community, and make the world a better place

🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏽 Spend your mornings helping your clients and then hang out with your kids in the afternoons when they get home from school

🛶Take the month of July off and read [trashy novels] by the lake,  canoeing with your family, and going on hikes in the woods.

What you might not realize is there is a much easier way to go from having a list of subscribers who are still waiting for your freebie to appear in their inbox (if they haven't already forgotten who you are)...

...to having a fully automated email marketing system that engages people as soon as they hit subscribe.

One that allows you to seamlessly deliver your freebie that oozes with helpful tips that makes your subscribers’ lives easier while also weeding out spammers & people who aren’t actually opening that email delivering the freebie.

A system that automatically nurtures relationships  & builds trust from the moment they give you their email address so that your dream clients are filling up your calendar booking calls.

One that also even earns you some of that magical passive income you hear your entrepreneur friends talking about (maybe enough to even cover the cost of that dream vacation home by the lake!)

"Bev is truly a personal tech fairy! I hired Bev to fix some major issues with a new course/program launch and integrate all my various tech platforms. From there, Bev tackled my email lists and automations. I will now be working with her on a regular basis. She is professional, knowledgeable and just an all-around great person to work with. I highly recommend Bev for all your email automation needs."

"I was so thrilled to meet Bev at Your Personal Tech Fairy to help me set up my newsletter and begin automation...As a new business owner, she helped to guide me on the product that would best fit my needs at this time and also provided helpful videos and guidance along the way. As a "user" I was able to follow everything to get this part of my website up and running. I highly recommend Bev for her expertise in both logic of sequences but also being a natural teacher to demonstrate where you are in moment."

Ok, so who am I...and why should you listen to me?

Woman in blue shirt outside sitting at a wooden table with a macbook air laptop and holding a mug

Hey there, I’m Bev Feldman. Like a lot of business owners, I’ve had a pretty winding entrepreneurial path. Mine began a decade ago when I opened my Etsy shop selling my handcrafted jewelry.

So how does someone goes from a super creative business literally making things with your hands to one that is very logical and technical and requires staring at a computer?

I’m not gonna bore you with all the details, but I got a wee bit obsessed with blogging at the beginning of my journey. (I’m talking publishing three posts a week for several years. I’m exhausted just thinking about it.

While it probably wasn’t the best use of time since I was trying to run a jewelry business, I learned a lot from it, including creating and selling digital products, content & email marketing, and eventually ConvertKit.

Along this strange journey I’ve had the chance to play around with a lot of tech. I totally geek out on getting all the pieces to fit together like a puzzle. But I realized this doesn’t come naturally to a lot of business owners, nor do they have the time or desire to learn it.

I’ve spent the time learning how these systems work — and love the process — so that you don’t have to. He

FAQ

As you can probably tell from looking at this sales page, I am not a designer and I’m a decent enough copywriter but writing sales copy is not my specialty.  My zone of genius — and the piece that I love and am most equipped to help you — is setting up the tech.  As part of your VIP package, I’ll create simple opt-in & landing page form using the branding and copy you provide me. I can also provide guidance on what to write in your email sequences and help with editing, but these are not services I offer. If you need a designer and/or copywriter in addition to the work I do, I’m happy to help you out.

My specialty is is ConvertKit, but I also want to offer this service on MailerLite and ActiveCampaign. Please note that for this latter two it might take me more than a day. At the moment I do not offer this service on any other email service providers.

I don’t believe in promising a certain number of sales or a xx% increase in conversions. What I can promise is that all the pieces of tech will do what you need them to do so that you have an automated flow, whether it’s ensuring that an email sequence fires when someone makes a purchase on another platform or that subscribers will be tagged based on an action that they take.

I also want you to feel empowered to use your ConvertKit and not need to rely on me every time you need to make any changes after the big day. (That said, I do offer additional assistance should you want to offload any of the maintenance on me!)

I’ve been a ConvertKit user for years. I can’t give you a very specific answer other than I saw a lot of fellow bloggers using it in 2016 when I made the switch. It’s worked for me for over 5 years and I just really like it (and am comfortable with it) at this point.

Most of my focus will be inside of your email service provider account. While you’re welcome to do other work that day, I do need you available to answer any questions that may come up during the big day.

Once you decide to book your Email Automation VIP Day, you’ll receive an invoice for 50% payment before our kickoff call. The remaining 50% will be due by the day before your VIP day.
